This is a great house, and will make a wonderful home.We are the original owners and have treated it well. The house is spacious and nicely laid out. Be sure to check out the last two photos, they are the builder floorplans.
The house has 3 beds and2 baths upstairs and1 bed and the 3/4 bath downstairs. There is a very large master bed/bath suite, with both walk-in and wardrobe closets. The smaller upstairs bedrooms are Jack and Jill style. Downstairs has a great room and a formal living room.
The backyard was professionally designed and installed, with sprinklers, low voltage lighting, underground drains, and a dog run. Rain gutters drain into underground drains.
All of the home schools are within walking distance and the house is just 1 mile from highly ranked Cypress Schools. http://www.cypsd.k12.ca.us/EnrollmentInfo/Transfers.htm
This is a standard sale -NOT a distressed sale. Sorry, there is not a lease to buy option, nor is it for rent. It is for sale only. Buyer must obtain own financing. Sadly, we are not on the approved list for FHA financing.
HOA fees are $140 a month.
If you aren't using an agent,I am willing to split the buyer agent commission, so that is about $7,500 off theprice. If you have concerns about buying a house by yourself, here is a book you can buy to with step by step instructions. http://www.nolo.com/products/how-to-buy-a-house-in-california-BHCA.html Also, if you click on the education tab on this site, it has lots of good information regarding the steps involved in buying a house.
Needing a realtor is a myth - you found this house yourself, didn't you?Very few sales go wrong, with the home inspections, etc, you knowwhat you are buying.I am not tryingto hide anything, just trying to sell my house and get the most out of it, by not using an agent.
Ifthis is a house you want to see, give me a call directly. All agents that have contacted me on behalf on a clienthave refused toallow me to show the house. Prudential agents, the last one who called told me "You can't sell it without an agent" so please don't call me.
Thanks for looking!
